Receipts get buried. Warranties disappear. Serial numbers live in old emails. Photos stay mixed into a camera roll. Ghost Inventory brings those pieces together around the item they belong to.

Subscriptions renew automatically through Google Play unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Cancel anytime in Google Play. AI scan top-ups are separate one-time purchases and do not auto-renew; monthly plan scans are used before non-expiring top-up scans. When paid access ends and an account returns to Free, the local vault remains intact; new Ghost Cloud backups pause and an eligible encrypted cloud backup may remain restorable for up to 90 days before expired cloud data is queued for deletion. See subscription terms.
Privacy, AI, subscriptions and recovery deserve clear language.
Ghost Inventory is designed to minimize readable cloud data. Sensitive paid-plan vault backups are encrypted on the device before upload, and Ghost Inventory does not store the plaintext recovery passphrase or a server-side key intended to decrypt that private-vault backup.
No. AI-assisted item details and replacement-value guidance can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before saving. They are not professional appraisals, insurance valuations, coverage decisions or guarantees of reimbursement.
A normal Google Play cancellation stops future renewal while paid access continues through the applicable paid period. When the account returns to Free, the local vault is not deleted. New Ghost Cloud backups pause, and an eligible encrypted backup may remain restorable for up to 90 days before expired cloud data is queued for deletion.
Eligible paid users can restore an available encrypted Ghost Cloud backup on a supported device using the current recovery passphrase and account access. Ghost cannot retrieve the plaintext recovery passphrase, so it should be stored somewhere safe outside the phone.
A usable distinct item can consume one AI scan credit. Empty or unclear views, automatic retry, and bounded value verification do not add an extra credit for that same request.
No. Account deletion and Google Play subscription cancellation are separate actions. A subscription must be cancelled through Google Play to stop future renewals.
